For schools

How can your school get involved?

Step 1) Promote the programme

Step 1) Promote the programme

Print and display the It’s About Me promotional posters at your school.

Parents can also sign-up for the It’s About Me digital newsletter through our website to stay up to date with the latest from the programme.

Step 2) Distribute the booking codes

Step 2) Distribute the booking codes

Familiarise yourself with the Holiday Activity and Food Programme Eligibility Criteria and share your school’s unique IAM code with eligible families before bookings open. Eligible families will not be able to book holiday clubs without their unique IAM code.

Your IAM code can be found in the ‘Schools Unique IAM Code’ spreadsheet which your school office should have received via email. If you have any queries or are unable to find your IAM code, please email rachel.kennedy@derbyshire.gov.uk
