Bright Bites Workshop for Young People

Bright Bites is a FREE oral health education programme run by Dentaid the Dental Charity, dedicated to improving children’s dental hygiene.

Bright Bites is a fun, interactive workshop designed to help children understand the importance of looking after their teeth and gums. Sessions are completely free of charge, last approximately 30–45 minutes and are designed to fit easily into your summer timetable. Each child also receives a free toothbrush and toothpaste to take home, helping to build healthy habits for life.

We are currently booking sessions for summer holiday clubs across the region for children aged 4–11.
