Mobile Climbing Wall

We have funding to provide some enrichment days during the Easter and Summer Holidays to community groups who are receiving HAF funding. This service is free to those groups, therefore if you’re interested and meet the requirements below then contact Pleasley Vale Outdoor Activity Centre to book.

Please bear in that dates will be limited to one day per group.

 

Note we need access to the site at least ½ hr prior to the start of your provision

Session Time usually between

10:00- 14:00

The climbing is best delivered to groups of up to 8 children at time (multiple groups throughout the day) lower age limit 7yrs.

Children must be suitably dressed, wearing shorts or long bottoms, do not wear skirts and no open toe footwear.

 

Requirements for siting the wall.

  1. Dedicated /Reserved space e., not on an open public car park or roadside.
  2. The ground must be very firm and level (the Trailer weighs nearly 2 ton) with no overhead cables or obstructions (such as trees).
  3. Access to the site – any gates must be at least 2.4m wide without height restrictions.
  4. Sufficient turning space for a minibus and the trailer.
