Public Health Nursing Team Visit

Hello from your 5–19 Public Health Nursing Team!

We’re the community public health nurses who support children and young people aged 5 to 19. Our role is all about working together with young people and their families to help make sure health needs such as good sleep,  good mental well-being and a healthy diet are met in the wider community.

This summer, we’ll be visiting a few local clubs and groups to say hello and share a little about what we do. If you’d like us to drop by your club or activity, we’d love to hear from you!
